Acid Dumping Machine for Lead Acid Battery

Application:Acid dumping for automobile maintenance free battery after formation.
Features:It takes PLC as controlling center; the frame is made of SS 316L. It owns the following advantages: convey by chain, fast dumping speed, stable dump, easy operation.
Functions:Battery will be conveyed to acid dumping position through chain conveyor, the main shaft will normally rotate or reverse 180°to make the battery in the acid dumping status. After finishing dump, the battery will be conveyed to the next procedure. And at the same, another group of batteries will be conveyed to the acid dumping position.
