LA Battery Heat Sealing Machine

Automatic heat sealing of containers and cover, for batterie.

APPLICATION:The machine provides automatic heat sealing of containers and cover, for 36Ah200Ah  car batteries.

OPERATION:The battery on the electric raceway reaches to the test position,it will be sensed by electric eye and located accurately.Then the machine will automatically complete the following work processes:

close molds-tighten cover-open molds-heating plate come forward-close mold-heating melt- open molds-heating plate go backward-close molds-press and seal-loosen cover-open molds-reset.At last,the battery will be delivered automatically to the next work position.
